Confusion

They say everything happens for a reason.

But I still don't know why.

Maybe it’s the season,

That makes me want to sigh.

Loneliness and heart-ache,

Chaos and pain,

What’s going on here?

And will it ever be the same?

Questions left unanswered

Feelings left one sided.

Sleep is now a memory

As prays are left un-recited.

What’s going on here?

I still don't know,

But all this torture

Is making it hard to see clear.

Will the sky ever be blue?

Will I ever hear I love you?

I wish I knew.

What’s going on here?

Maybe I shouldn’t know

Did I lose you forever?

Or did I just turn in my soul.

My chest continues to ache

And my ears have been ringing

But that okay,

Because no one feels like singing

The world is on fire,

And my smile is gone,

But I finally know

What really went wrong?

Love is Patient!

Love is BLIND!

I know what is going on here.

But it seems I have ran out of time.
